Began early 2005, that diverted business activity from Montreal Foodstuff LLC And other business activity such as jewelers activities that which is established 1995 in Dubai, to Real Estate activity and our new company emerged and now operating in a real estate property industry in Ajman. First project which is called SOMGULF TWIN TOWER near GMC Hospital Ajman and Sharjah project G + 4P + 16 typical floors which are under construction now in Al Nahda area.
Also, we bought three plots and own 3 plots at Emirate City from R. Holding Office which is plot # C16 B18 and A10, a total cost of these three plots are Dhs 77,500,000. seventy-seven million and five hundred thousand Dirhams And paid amount so far are Dhs 69,000,000 and balance unpaid are Dhs 8,500,000.
Our goal and concern for this Global situation. we are willing to develop two projects of the three and third one shall postponed till further study.
